Eligibility for Returns:

  • Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed & in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation)

Non-returnable Items:

  • Sale items, custom orders, or damaged due to misuse

Refund Process:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:

  • Size or product exchanges are allowed (subject to availability)
